1-hr Presentation: Learn about Shinrin-yoku in Japan, Nature + Forest Therapy, & the Ways they Overlap

join us for a one-hour presentation at the West Des Moines library to learn more about the Japanese wellness philosophy of Shinrin-yoku, the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy practice of forest therapy (that Brandy is trained in!), and see photos and hear stories from my recent trip to Japan, where I experienced Shinrin-yoku in the forests where the practice began 40 years ago.
