Kicking off our seasonal Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) series, we start with SPRING SOLACE in the Garden on May 3, 8-10am.
This walk will take us through the beautiful outdoor gardens, right in the heart of downtown Des Moines, along the Des Moines river. We’ll enjoy spring blossoms and drink blossom tea to fully immerse ourselves into the season.
